Here’s a surprising stat I came across in this article: “Between 70% and 100% of the time, users do not report service problems to the Help Desk. (The stat comes from someone who is doing research in the area).” Seems pretty significant. How can you decrease help desk fatigue? Make sure your help desk is very good and easy to use. Take out unnecessary steps or procedures to make the help desk more efficient.
