Help desk changes speed up response times
Sometimes you need to take a look at your response times. If they’re not fast enough, review your operations to see if improvements can be made to your help desk system.
After the 386th Expeditionary Communications Squadron made changes to their help desk operations, their response times improved from 15 to 30 minutes to almost instantaneous.
